Introduction

"Sansu Card" (hereinafter "this app") respects the privacy of its users and their children. This policy explains how information is handled in this app.

This app stores the following only on your device:

• Game progress (cleared levels, stars earned, experience points)
• Collected cards and the selected "buddy" character
• Play records (number of plays, accuracy rate, daily streak)
• Incorrectly answered questions, used for review
• Settings such as sound, music and vibration on/off, time per question, and level unlocking
• A record of errors that occurred in the app (up to the latest 5, used for troubleshooting)

The app never sends this data off your device.

The error record reaches us only if you copy it yourself with "Copy diagnostic info" in Settings and paste it into an email to us.

• Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or media files
• Device identifiers, including IDFA
• Analytics or crash reporting data

Third-Party Services

This app uses no advertising networks, no analytics tools, and no other third-party services. There are no in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

This app is designed for elementary school children. It collects no personal information and performs no network communication.

From "About this app" in Settings, you can open an email draft to contact us, this privacy policy, and the App Store review page. These open in your device's Mail app, browser, or App Store, and only when you tap them.

Data Storage and Deletion

All game data is stored solely on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data permanently.

Starting with version 1.0.2, game data is included in your device backup (such as iCloud Backup). Backups are handled by Apple, and we never receive their contents.

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
